  • Embarking on the final chapter of their land journey in Montmorency, our clients first came to our studio with a vision to subdivide their final parcel of land, where they had been living for many years raising a large family of 10. Their plan was to divide the land into three parcels and construct a contemporary dwelling on one of them, a place where their children and now many grandchildren could visit and create cherished memories.

    They envisioned the home to have plenty of space where family could gather and entertain and to continue to make great memories. Ken and Pauline emphasised the importance of efficient storage and functional use of space, entrusting us with creative freedom to craft something truly special.

    The couple had collected many beautiful accessories, art, and retro lighting over the years. Thus, our challenge was to design a modern space that seamlessly integrated their eclectic belongings while reflecting their individual tastes. With careful attention to detail and a blend of innovative design concepts, we aimed to create a home that not only honoured their past but also embraced their future.
