Mark Jordan
FounderAdvanced Diploma of Building Design (NMIT)
With more than 20 years of experience in the architectural and design industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and practical expertise to every project.
With decades to draw upon, Mark has led large-scale commercial developments and high-end residential projects. His familiarity across a diverse range of project types gives him a strong understanding of architecture, design, construction and the many moving parts required to take a vision from an initial idea through to completion.
In 2010, Mark founded BBOT Designs, which has continued to grow in both its team and portfolio of projects. His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on approach and ability to see the bigger picture have been instrumental in shaping BBOT into the multi-award-winning design firm it is today.
Known for his friendly and down-to-earth approach, Mark genuinely enjoys working closely with clients and goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. His approach is centred around creating thoughtful, functional spaces that respond to the individual needs of each client.
Kerrie Anne Neale
Lead Interior DesignerDiploma of Interior Design & Decoration (NMIT)
A multi-award winning interior designer, Kerrie is known for her friendly, approachable style and collaborative process, refined over a career spanning two decades.
Deeply passionate about architectural and interior design, Kerrie particularly enjoys the challenge of taking a complex brief and transforming it into a space that truly works.
She loves crafting beautiful, functional spaces - both inside and out - that feel thoughtful, practical and inspiring, working closely with her clients to bring their vision to life.
With experience across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, Kerrie brings a strong eye for detail and a considered approach to every stage of the design process, from initial concepts and spatial planning through to material selections and the finer details that bring a space together.
Cyril Yu
Registered ArchitectCyril Yu is a Registered Architect with over 25 years of experience in the architecture industry. He has worked across a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, bringing a practical and collaborative approach to design and documentation. Cyril studied architecture at the University of Melbourne and is committed to delivering thoughtful, functional, and enduring design outcomes.

Doua has been working in industry for 10 years and proudly subscribes to the function over form school of thought. With an Advanced Diploma of Building Design, Doua is highly skilled in the tools of the industry and confidently leads projects to completion. He’s passionate about sharing what he knows with the next wave of designers and leads projects with a strong blend of technical skill, creativity, and a people-first approach.

Linda is a highly skilled Building Designer, Revit Technician and our go-to lead for all our multi-unit residential projects. Her love of challenges and puzzle solving harmonises with her design ethos to create functional and practical homes. Above all, her interest in sustainability and designing for the future informs her work, especially when it comes to environmental integration and conservation. Her technical expertise and efficiency hacks make her an integral part of the team.
Peta Varga

Peta dedicated herself during her studies winning an award for Excellence Across the Degree, she is a passionate building designer driven by sustainability and her connection to country, this guides her approach to materials and passive design techniques. Her commitment to furthering herself professionally is both within the office and outside, taking on new challenging roles, volunteering in her spare time and furthering her art and design knowledge. Her drive to always be learning and cultivating a strong team environment allows our office to always be moving forward.
